DHRU Fusion Price 2026: Cost Per Order, Seat and Month
Most shop owners compare software the wrong way: they look at the monthly number and stop. A sticker price only tells you something once you know what it caps and what happens when your store outgrows it. Here is a plain look at the DHRU Fusion price in 2026, what each tier limits, and how to work out your real annual cost.
The published DHRU Fusion Cloud plans
Per dhru.com in October 2026, prices in USD:
- Basic: $29 a month billed yearly ($39 month to month), with 10,000 automated orders a month and 2 team members.
- Professional: $99 a month billed yearly ($129 month to month), with 30,000 orders and 10 members.
- Enterprise: $388 a month billed yearly ($488 month to month), with unlimited orders and members.
DHRU Fusion is a well-known name in this space, and the structure is easy to follow. Three tiers, and the caps are stated up front. The question is what those caps mean for a store like yours.
Turning caps into numbers
Start with the yearly cost of each plan:
- Basic: $348 billed yearly, or $468 paying month to month.
- Professional: $1,188 billed yearly, or $1,548 month to month.
- Enterprise: $4,656 billed yearly, or $5,856 month to month.
Month to month adds roughly $120 on Basic, $360 on Professional and $1,200 on Enterprise. Committing for a year saves money, but only if you are sure the plan fits.
Now divide by the cap. A fully used Basic plan on yearly billing works out to about $0.0029 per automated order. Professional comes to about $0.0033 per order at full use. Those figures are tiny, which is why the order count rarely hurts a small store. The pressure comes from the step between tiers: when you pass 10,000 orders, the next plan costs $70 more a month on yearly billing, and it comes with a ceiling of 30,000.
Where the seat cap matters
Orders are only half the story. Two team members on Basic is fine for a solo owner plus one support person. Add a second shift, a bookkeeper or a reseller manager and you are shopping for Professional, even if your order volume has not moved. If your staffing grows faster than your orders, the seat limit becomes the real trigger for upgrading.
What the plan price does not include
A software plan is one line in your cost of running an IMEI unlock store. Before you compare any two platforms, list the rest:
- Hosting, domain and SSL, and who manages them.
- Payment gateway fees on wallet top-ups.
- Supplier connections and the credit you keep with them.
- Your time for updates, backups and fixes.
Whether the tier price covers the hosting and upkeep, or only the licence, is worth confirming with any vendor in writing. Suppliers also vary in speed and reliability, and no platform can promise a given supplier will always deliver. Budget for that on any system.
How GSMSS prices it differently
GSMSS is a managed platform, so we host the store for you with white-label hosting on your own domain. Plans are $20, $50, $100 and $300 a month, and every plan has every feature. You choose a tier for the size of your store, not to unlock functions. Billing yearly gives you two months free, so the four plans come to $200, $500, $1,000 and $3,000 a year. Every shop starts with a 6-month free trial, and migration is free. Current details are on the pricing section.
The features that cost extra elsewhere, or push you up a tier, are part of every plan here:
- Wallet billing so customers top up and pay from a balance.
- A reseller API for your wholesale buyers, built on a Fusion API-compatible format so many existing tools connect without rework.
- A branded storefront and an IMEI server back end that routes orders to your suppliers.
A simple way to compare
- Count real orders. Use your busiest month, not your average.
- Count seats. Include everyone who needs a login, including part-timers.
- Price the full stack. Add hosting, upkeep and your own time to each quote.
- Compare billing terms. Put yearly and month-to-month side by side.
- Check the exit. Ask how easily you can move your customers and wallet balances.
DHRU Fusion may be the better fit if you already run it comfortably and sit well inside a tier. If you are paying for upgrades, or your staff and reseller base are growing, a flat set of plans with every feature included may suit you better. The cheapest plan is the one that still fits your store after next year's growth.
Run the numbers on your own order and team counts, then take the trial and see what a managed setup does to your workload. It costs nothing for six months, and moving over is free.
