DHRU Fusion Price in 2026: Three Ceilings, One Real Bill
If you run an IMEI unlock store, or plan to open one, the software bill is one of the few costs you can forecast almost exactly. That only works if you read the caps as well as the headline number. This guide breaks down the current DHRU Fusion price list, shows what each tier limits, and explains how to work out what you will actually pay.
The DHRU Fusion Cloud plans at a glance
DHRU Fusion is a well-known script and cloud product in this industry, and it is a fair benchmark. Per dhru.com in October 2026, the Cloud plans in USD are:
- Basic: $29 a month billed yearly ($39 month to month), with 10,000 automated orders a month and 2 team members.
- Professional: $99 a month billed yearly ($129 month to month), with 30,000 automated orders and 10 team members.
- Enterprise: $388 a month billed yearly ($488 month to month), with unlimited orders and members.
These are the published numbers. Check dhru.com before you sign, because vendors can change plans at any time.
Turning monthly prices into annual cost
Multiplying the list prices by twelve gives you the yearly commitment:
- Basic: $348 billed yearly, or $468 month to month.
- Professional: $1,188 billed yearly, or $1,548 month to month.
- Enterprise: $4,656 billed yearly, or $5,856 month to month.
The gap between yearly and monthly billing is real money. On Professional it is $360 a year. Month-to-month billing makes sense while you test a market. Once you know the store will stay open, yearly billing is cheaper.
Where the caps matter
Three limits shape your real cost.
1. The automated order ceiling
Take a shop that handles 400 automated orders a day. Over 30 days that is 12,000 orders, which is already past Basic's 10,000. The shop is pushed to Professional, and the monthly bill goes from $29 to $99. A busy week, a promotion or a new reseller can make that happen without warning. Also check how the cap treats orders that are not automated, so you know exactly what counts against your allowance.
2. The seat count
Two team members sounds fine until you add a support agent, a bookkeeper and someone who manages suppliers. Seats are the limit that quietly forces an upgrade, even for a store with modest order volume.
3. The jump to unlimited
The distance from Professional to Enterprise is large: $99 to $388 on yearly billing. If your volume sits just above 30,000 orders, you pay for a lot of headroom you may not use.
What the sticker price leaves out
A software line item is only part of your cost of doing business. Before you compare quotes, ask each vendor about these:
- Whether hosting, updates and security patches are included.
- Whether a Fusion API for your own resellers is available on your tier.
- How wallet billing works for customers, and which payment gateways are supported.
- Whether you can put the store on your own domain with white-label hosting.
- What moving your existing customers and balances would involve.
Cap-based pricing is not unfair. It is a model that rewards small shops and charges growing ones more. You just need to know where your own volume sits on the scale.
How GSMSS prices it differently
GSMSS is a managed platform: we host the store, and you sell under your own brand. We do not sell unlocks to end users. Plans are $20, $50, $100 and $300 a month, and every plan includes every feature. Billing yearly gives you two months free. That means the $20 plan costs $200 a year, and the $300 plan costs $3,000. The pricing section shows how the tiers differ, so you can pick the one that fits the size of your store.
The important point is that features are not locked behind a higher tier. Wallet billing, a reseller API that stays compatible with Fusion-style clients, and white-label hosting are all part of the platform. You choose a plan by store size, and a missing feature is never the reason to upgrade. Your IMEI server setup stays the same whichever tier you pick.
A quick way to compare
- Estimate your busiest month of orders, not your average one.
- Count everyone who needs a login: support, finance, supplier management.
- Price the same workload on each vendor using yearly billing.
- Add the cost of any feature that sits behind a higher tier.
- Ask what it would take to leave later, because easy exits keep vendors honest.
The cheapest plan is the one whose caps you will not hit in your busiest month.
Switching without paying twice
Many shop owners stay on a plan that no longer fits because they fear a messy move. GSMSS offers a 6-month free trial and free migration, so you can run a store side by side before you commit. The migration page explains what moves across. If you want a full feature-by-feature view, read GSMSS vs DHRU Fusion, or see our notes on choosing a DHRU Fusion alternative.
The bottom line
DHRU Fusion's entry price looks low, and for a small store with two people and modest volume it can be a sensible choice. As your orders and team grow, the caps decide your real bill. Work out your busiest month, count your seats, and compare yearly totals. Then decide whether a flat plan with every feature included fits your shop better.
