Is DHRU Fusion Worth It in 2026? Plan Caps vs Real Cost
If you run an IMEI unlock store, your software bill is not just the number on the pricing page. It is that number multiplied by twelve, adjusted for billing term, and tested against how many orders and staff accounts you actually have. This guide walks through the published numbers so you can compare fairly.
What DHRU Fusion Cloud publishes
DHRU Fusion is the best-known name in this space, and it deserves a fair read. Per dhru.com in October 2026, the Cloud plans are priced in USD like this:
- Basic: $29 a month billed yearly, or $39 month to month. It includes 10,000 automated orders a month and 2 team members.
- Professional: $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 month to month. It includes 30,000 orders and 10 members.
- Enterprise: $388 a month billed yearly, or $488 month to month. Orders and members are unlimited.
For a quick reference on how these tiers line up, our DHRU Fusion price page keeps the comparison in one place.
Turning monthly prices into a yearly bill
The headline figure is the yearly-billed one, so multiply it out:
- Basic: $29 × 12 = $348 a year on annual billing, or $468 month to month.
- Professional: $99 × 12 = $1,188 a year on annual billing, or $1,548 month to month.
- Enterprise: $388 × 12 = $4,656 a year on annual billing, or $5,856 month to month.
The gap between annual and monthly billing is the price of flexibility. If you are still testing a new store, that premium may be worth paying. If your store is established, committing to a year is the cheaper route on any plan.
Where the caps actually matter
Automated orders
Ten thousand automated orders a month sounds generous until you count bulk batches. One reseller pasting a long list of IMEIs can use a big share of the allowance in a single afternoon. Work out your busiest month, not your average one. If you are anywhere near the ceiling, the next tier is a large step: Basic to Professional is $70 more a month on annual billing.
Team members
Two seats on Basic covers an owner and one support person. Add a second support shift, a bookkeeper or a developer and you are shopping for the 10-member tier. Count everyone who needs a login, because staff seats often decide the plan before order volume does.
Unlimited is a different budget
Unlimited orders and members on Enterprise remove the caps entirely, but at $4,656 a year on annual billing it is a serious line item. It only makes sense when your volume truly demands it.
How GSMSS prices the same problem
GSMSS is a managed platform, so the model differs. Plans are $20, $50, $100 and $300 a month, and every plan has every feature. Billing yearly gives you two months free, so those plans work out to $200, $500, $1,000 and $3,000 a year. There is a 6-month free trial, and migration is free. See the current tiers on the pricing section.
Because features do not change from plan to plan, you are not upgrading to unlock a reseller API or wallet billing. You choose a tier for your own scale and leave the feature checklist out of it.
What the price should include
Two stores with the same monthly cost can have very different real costs. Before you compare, check each side for:
- Hosting: Who runs the servers, applies updates and keeps the store online? With GSMSS as a hosted IMEI unlock store, we do. White-label hosting means your customers see your brand and domain.
- Wallet billing: Customers top up a balance and orders draw it down. Confirm it is built in and not an add-on.
- Reseller API: If your own resellers connect by API, check what is included. Our Fusion API lets reseller tools that already speak the Fusion format connect without being rewritten.
- Supplier connections: Look at how your IMEI server routes orders to providers. No platform can promise that every supplier will always deliver, so ask how failures and refunds are handled.
- Switching cost: Moving stores means moving customers and balances. Free migration lowers that cost, and the migration page explains the process.
A simple way to decide
Write down four numbers: your busiest month's automated orders, the staff who need logins, the billing term you will commit to, and the cost of hosting and maintenance if you run the software yourself. Then price each option over twelve months rather than one.
If DHRU Fusion Cloud fits your volume and seat count, its published plans are clear and easy to budget. If you are close to a cap, or you would rather have a store hosted and branded for you with every feature on every plan, read the side-by-side in DHRU vs GSMSS, or browse the wider DHRU Fusion alternative overview.
The cheapest plan is the one whose limits you will not hit and whose bill you can predict twelve months out.
