What DHRU Fusion Cloud Really Costs When Orders Hit the Cap
If you run an IMEI unlock store, the monthly software fee is rarely the number that hurts. What hurts is the number you did not plan for: the order cap you outgrow, the seat you have to add, or the gap between the yearly and month-to-month rate. This guide walks through the current DHRU Fusion price structure, shows what a full year costs, and explains how to compare it fairly with GSMSS.
What DHRU Fusion Cloud publishes
DHRU Fusion is the long-established script many server-service shops started on, and it deserves a fair read. Per dhru.com in October 2026, the Cloud plans in USD are:
- Basic: $29 a month billed yearly, or $39 month to month. Includes 10,000 automated orders a month and 2 team members.
- Professional: $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 month to month. Includes 30,000 automated orders and 10 team members.
- Enterprise: $388 a month billed yearly, or $488 month to month. Unlimited orders and members.
The structure is clear: you pay more as order volume and staff headcount grow, and Enterprise removes both ceilings.
What a full year actually costs
Multiply it out and the billing choice matters more than most owners expect.
- Basic: $348 billed yearly versus $468 month to month.
- Professional: $1,188 billed yearly versus $1,548 month to month.
- Enterprise: $4,656 billed yearly versus $5,856 month to month.
Paying month to month adds $120 a year on Basic, $360 on Professional and $1,200 on Enterprise. If you are still testing your market, that flexibility has a price. If you are established, committing yearly is the cheaper route on any plan.
Where caps change the math
A cap of 10,000 automated orders sounds generous until you look at how a store grows. Bulk IMEI batches, reseller accounts placing orders through an API, and seasonal spikes can all consume volume faster than retail traffic suggests. Ask yourself three questions:
- How many orders do my resellers send, not just my own customers? Reseller API traffic is often the largest share.
- How many people need panel access? Support, billing and a manager can fill two seats quickly.
- What happens in my busiest month? Plan for the peak, not the average.
Crossing a tier is not a penalty, but it is a step change. Moving from Basic to Professional roughly triples the yearly-billed monthly fee, so it helps to know in advance where you will land.
Costs outside the plan fee
Whatever platform you choose, the licence line is only part of the budget. Count these as well:
- Hosting and upkeep: who runs the server, applies updates and handles outages?
- Your domain and branding: white-label hosting should let customers see your store, not ours.
- Payment handling: wallet billing, top-ups and balance tracking should be built in, not bolted on.
- Supplier connections: a Fusion API connection to your providers is standard, but results still depend on each supplier, and no platform can promise an order will always succeed.
- Switching effort: moving customers and balances takes time if the new vendor does not help.
How GSMSS prices it
GSMSS is a managed platform: we host your IMEI unlock store, and you run the business. We do not sell unlocks to end users. Plans are $20, $50, $100 and $300 a month, and every plan includes every feature. Billing yearly gives you two months free, which works out to $200, $500, $1,000 and $3,000 a year. There is a 6-month free trial, and migration is free.
Because features are not split across tiers, you are not paying extra to unlock a reseller API, wallet billing or a branded domain. See what each tier covers on the pricing section, and compare it with your real order volume before deciding. The reseller side is Fusion-compatible, so tools your buyers already use can connect through our Fusion API.
A fair way to compare
Do not compare the cheapest headline on each side. Build a one-page worksheet:
- Estimate monthly orders at average and peak, including reseller traffic.
- Count the staff who need panel access.
- List the features you need: API, wallet billing, custom domain, hosting.
- Price a full year on each platform, on the billing term you would really choose.
- Add the one-time cost of moving, if any.

If you decide to move
Switching is mostly about protecting customer trust: accounts, wallet balances and API credentials need to carry across cleanly. Our migration service is free, and the trial period lets you run the new store alongside the old one before you commit.
The best plan is the one whose caps you will not hit in your busiest month, billed on a term you will actually keep.
Run the worksheet with your own numbers. If DHRU Fusion fits your volume and team size, the yearly rates are straightforward. If you want every feature on every tier, with hosting handled for you, start the free trial and test it against your real workload.
