DHRU Fusion Price 2026: Plan Caps and Real Monthly Cost
Most shop owners start with one question: what does it cost to run an IMEI unlock store each month? The sticker price is only part of the answer. Caps on orders and team seats decide whether a plan fits your store or forces an upgrade a few months in. This guide walks through the published numbers and shows how to work out the real cost.
DHRU Fusion Cloud plans and what they cap
DHRU Fusion is the best-known name in this niche, and it deserves a fair look. Here is how its hosted plans are listed, per dhru.com in October 2026, in USD. For a wider breakdown, see our page on the DHRU Fusion price.
- Basic: $29 a month billed yearly, or $39 month to month. It includes 10,000 automated orders a month and 2 team members.
- Professional: $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 month to month. It includes 30,000 orders and 10 members.
- Enterprise: $388 a month billed yearly, or $488 month to month. Orders and members are unlimited.
Two things stand out. First, the gap between yearly and monthly billing is $10, $30 or $100 a month depending on the tier. Second, the plans are differentiated mainly by order volume and team size, so your growth pushes you up the ladder.
Turning the caps into daily numbers
Ten thousand automated orders a month sounds large until you divide it. It is roughly 333 orders a day. A store with a busy reseller base, bulk submissions and a few active promotions can pass that. The 30,000 tier works out to about 1,000 a day.
The two-member limit on Basic also matters. If you have one person on support and another handling suppliers, you are already at the ceiling. Add an accountant or a part-time moderator and you are looking at the next tier.
What a year actually costs
Multiply the monthly figures by twelve for a clearer picture:
- Basic: $348 a year billed yearly, or $468 month to month.
- Professional: $1,188 a year billed yearly, or $1,548 month to month.
- Enterprise: $4,656 a year billed yearly, or $5,856 month to month.
The jump from Basic to Professional is the one to watch. It is more than three times the yearly cost, and it is triggered by volume or headcount rather than by a feature you chose.
How GSMSS prices it
GSMSS takes a different approach. Plans are $20, $50, $100 and $300 a month. Every plan has every feature, so you pick a size for your store rather than unlocking capabilities one tier at a time. Billing yearly gives you two months free, which makes the $20 plan $200 for the year and the $300 plan $3,000. There is also a 6-month free trial and free migration. You can see the details on the pricing section.
We host the store for you with white-label hosting. That means your domain, your branding and your customers, with no server to patch. We do not sell unlocks to end users. Your store is yours, and your suppliers are your own choice. For the broader picture, read about the IMEI unlock store we host.
Costs the plan price does not show
Whichever platform you pick, budget for the items around the subscription:
- Supplier credit. Your supplier costs will usually dwarf the software fee. The platform does not change that.
- Payment fees. Gateways charge their own rates, whether customers top up a wallet or pay per order.
- Domain and branding. Check what is included and what you buy separately.
- Staff seats. Ask whether extra team members count against a cap.
- Migration time. Moving customers and balances takes effort, so ask what help is offered.
Features to compare beyond the price
Wallet billing. Customers load a balance and orders draw it down. Check how refunds, credits and manual adjustments are recorded, because that ledger is your accounting trail.
Reseller API. If you sell to other shops, they will want to connect their own systems. A Fusion API that speaks the format they already use saves you support tickets. Confirm whether API access is included in your plan or gated to a higher one.
Supplier routing. Your IMEI server sends orders to the suppliers you connect. No platform can promise that a supplier will always succeed on every order, so look for clear status tracking and tidy handling of rejected orders.
Which one fits your store
If you are small, DHRU Fusion Basic at the yearly rate is a low entry price, as long as two seats and 10,000 orders suit you. If you expect to grow, or you want every feature without watching order caps, a flat set of plans is easier to forecast. Neither choice is wrong. It depends on your volume and your team.
For a side-by-side look, read our DHRU vs GSMSS comparison or the checklist on the DHRU Fusion alternative page. If you decide to switch, the migration page explains how your data moves across.
Compare the plan on what you will need in twelve months, not on what you need this week.
Run your own numbers: estimate daily orders, count your staff, and add up the yearly cost of each option. The right plan will be obvious once you do.
