The service
GSMSS is software plus managed hosting for an IMEI and server-service store. A plan is a subscription. The 90-day trial is the full product without a card. After that, fees follow the plan on the pricing section.
Your store, your catalogue
You decide which services to sell and which suppliers to connect. You are responsible for having the right to offer those services in the places you sell them. GSMSS does not sell unlocks to end users and does not operate your suppliers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, to attack other systems, or to store data that is not about running your store (the fair-use storage note on the homepage). We may suspend a store that threatens the platform or other tenants.
Accounts and licences
One licence is tied to the domain we issue it for. Do not share admin credentials in public. You must keep a recovery mailbox you can reach.
Payments, cancel, export
Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. On request we will export users, orders and payment history. Hosting ends when the subscription ends; keep your own copy if you need the data after that.
Availability and liability
We aim for a store that stays up and we take off-server backups, but software and networks fail. The service is provided as available. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
