Who we are
GSM Software System (GSMSS) provides a hosted platform for IMEI and server-service stores. The marketing site is gsmss.com. Buyer accounts live under /account. Each customer store runs on that customer’s domain.
What we collect
- Account data you type into signup or billing: name, email, password hash, company, messages you send us.
- Store data on a hosted install: your customers, orders, invoices and the files you upload. That data is yours. We process it to run the store.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent, pages hit, and error logs, kept to secure the service and debug faults.
- Payments are handled by the gateway you use (Stripe, PayPal and others). We store the references we need to match a top-up to a wallet, not full card numbers.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a CSRF cookie to protect forms. The blog and marketing pages do not drop advertising cookies. A small JavaScript beacon on some pages records that a real browser loaded the page; it is not sold and it is not a cross-site tracker.
How long we keep it
Buyer and store data stay for as long as the account is open, then until you ask for deletion or a legal duty says we must keep a record (for example invoices). Backups rotate on a short cycle off-server.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to see, correct or export your account data, or to ask us to delete it. If you run a store, you are the controller for your own customers; we will help you export or erase on request.
